On May 3, 2020, OneNote 2016 has returned to the Office suite. Officially restored to the original name OneNote.
OneNote UWP has changed its name to OneNote for Windows 10.
The name of OneNote 2016 Icon changed from OneNote 2016 to OneNote in Windows Start Menu
